Delete in the Wayvo app
Open Profile, select Not loving Wayvo?, choose a reason and confirm deletion. Wayvo will permanently delete your account and associated application data, then sign you out.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address used for your Wayvo account. This allows us to verify that the request belongs to the account owner before deletion.

What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile, saved vehicle, journey history, preferences, ratings, recommendation activity, subscription entitlement, wallet and referral data associated with your account are deleted. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security or dispute resolution. If you selected a departure reason, Wayvo may retain only its anonymous category; your account identifier and any free-text explanation are removed.
Processing
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Email requests are verified and processed as soon as reasonably possible. We may contact you only to verify account ownership or clarify the request.
