By downloading, accessing or using Wayvo - Know what's next ("Wayvo"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. About Wayvo
Wayvo provides journey-related information, recommendations and insights about routes, food, restrooms, fuel, EV charging, parking, hotels, medical facilities, places to visit, roadside services and journey conditions. Wayvo is not a navigation replacement and does not provide guaranteed real-time information.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for accurate information, preferences, login security and activity through your account, and must notify us if your account is compromised.
3. Location Permission
Wayvo processes location according to its Privacy Policy when you grant the applicable permission. You may withdraw permission through device settings, but some features may stop functioning.
4. Safe Use While Driving
DO NOT USE WAYVO IN A MANNER THAT DISTRACTS YOU WHILE DRIVING. You remain responsible for safe driving, traffic laws, road signs, road conditions, driving decisions and verifying recommendations before acting on them. Wayvo must never override your judgment, emergency instructions or applicable law.
5. Accuracy and Recommendations
Third-party information may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, outdated or affected by technical problems. This includes restaurants, fuel and charging stations, opening hours, traffic, distances, travel times, availability, weather and businesses. A recommendation is not an endorsement, booking, reservation, warranty or guarantee that a provider is safe or suitable.
6. Third-Party Services
Wayvo may link to or direct you to Google Maps, restaurants, fuel stations, charging networks, hotels, roadside assistance providers and other businesses. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. Wayvo is not responsible for third-party services.
7. EV Guardian
EV range, battery percentage, arrival battery level, consumption, charging requirements, locations and range risks are estimates only. You must maintain sufficient energy and independently verify charging options. Wayvo does not guarantee that you will reach a charging station.
8. Subscriptions, Trials and Credits
Paid features, pricing, billing frequency, trials and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store or provider. Wayvo Credits are promotional benefits with no cash value. They are not guaranteed and may be changed, limited, suspended, expired or withdrawn at Wayvo's discretion.
Journey Scrapbook free access
Journey Scrapbook is free to create, save and share in the native app. It does not require a paid subscription, consume journey credits or require online subscription verification. Other paid features retain their own subscription requirements. Images you have already saved or shared remain yours to retain, subject to applicable content rights. Photo selection, saving and sharing depend on your device permissions and platform capabilities.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use Wayvo unlawfully, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, interfere with the Service, abuse APIs, scrape data, create fraudulent accounts, manipulate credits, submit deliberately false information or circumvent subscription restrictions.
10. Feedback and Intellectual Property
You may submit feedback for us to use to improve the Service without compensation, provided you have the right to submit it. Wayvo's name, logo, branding, software, interface, design, content, algorithms and documentation are owned by or licensed to MySocioHub Technologies LLP. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wayvo for its intended purpose.
Scrapbook content and exports
You retain any rights you hold in your photos and text. Use only content you have the right to use and obtain consent where required from people shown or identified. You may save and share finished scrapbook images for personal use in accordance with these Terms; Wayvo branding, templates and supplied artwork remain owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Road graphics and supplied scenic backgrounds are decorative and are not geographic maps, navigation guidance or evidence of places actually visited. Review each export for accuracy and privacy before sharing. Drafts are not permanently saved and may be lost when you close the creator or the app stops. You are responsible for retaining any finished images you want to keep.
11. Availability, Suspension and Termination
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, network failures, third-party failures, infrastructure problems, security incidents and circumstances beyond our control may cause unavailability. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, suspected fraud, security risks or legal requirements.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, suitability, optimal routes, open businesses, operational charging stations, accurate traffic information or EV predictions. MySocioHub Technologies LLP and Wayvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the Service, except liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Indemnification and Changes
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MySocioHub Technologies LLP, its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from claims or expenses arising from unlawful use, misuse, violation of these Terms or third-party rights. We may modify features, pricing, services and these Terms, providing appropriate notice where legally required.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes are subject to courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
